iRise Group Circle

An iRise Group Circle provides a sacred consolidating environment to allow you to “just be” and connect with like-minded and like-spirited individuals. The idea is to gather in a circle where what we share will inspire each attendee to search for her soul-place to be the best and bring out the best of herself. Through various activities, you’ll learn to reconnect with the creative life force within your body, reclaim your personal power, and create a path to connect with your inner wisdom and external sources.

Circle activities may include: Meditation, creative expression, mind mapping, visualization, partner and group sharing, dream activation, authentic sounding (drumming), journalling, and deep heart-listening to source elements in the natural world and in one another.

The circle can happen anywhere, however, I’m offering an iRise Group Circle in Mississauga four times a year.  Upcoming circles will be announced:

I will also travel to your home, or a community centre to present a circle if you would like to explore the following topics/ideas: Door to Gratitude, in which I will share simple but profound tips to cultivate happiness, peacefulness, and confidence. Unconditional Love,  in which you are guided to access a place of profound and unconditional love, such as knowing you are enough just as you are regardless of external validation, and therefore, blossom into wholeness. And, the Law of Attraction and Manifestation, in which you will experience and garner what is best to succeed in life.
